2006-Women and the Elements-Aged 13

I moved away from landscapes to portraiture starting from the year before. I just prefer the intimacy and life in the eyes my subjects. I like the organic free lines as opposed to the geometric shapes of still life and intricate details of landscapes. And since I am a girl it is always easiest for me to draw other women. The anatomy makes more sense to me. It will be another four years before I attempted drawing full-length men.

Summer and Autumn, 2006

Sweet summer on the left and dull autumn on the right.

The greyness of winter.

Still painting about the elements of nature.
