Philia/φιλία

Philia (φιλία philía) means “affectionate regard, friendship,” usually “between equals.”often translated “brotherly love” -Wikipedia.

This painting shows the strong friendship between Achilles and Patroclus by the Mediterranean (inspired by my reading of The Song of Achilles). In the original Iliad they were described as close friends.

After watching the choreography themes for Yuri!!! on ice, I thought it would be interesting to use the Greek love theme to make another series after the more pessimistic Seven Deadly Sins.

Dedicated to my dearest friends, Sara and Kathleen.
